A Day in the Life of a Scholar
• Each student’s day starts with logging on to Launchpad to Learning, a one stop location to access remote learning tools.
• Four days a week, scholars attend virtual live instruction with their teachers. Teachers assign learning tasks to do real time.
• One day a week, students engage in asynchronous (independent) learning. This includes prerecorded video or assigned lessons, accessing online learning programs, or independent reading/writing.
• Consistent with any instructional setting, teachers plan lessons that require scholars to engage, discuss, and complete assignments. They also provide feedback and grades to support scholar learning.
