Groundbreaking Ceremony

Join us as we celebrate the start of construction on the new Wildwood Elementary School! The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at the school site (2405 S. 300th St., Federal Way, WA 98003) on June 10, 2019 from 3:15–4:15 p.m.. Scholars and their families are invited to see designs of the new facilities and help start a new chapter at our school.

Project overview

Wildwood Elementary currently serves approximately 600 PreK through fifth-grade scholars in a building that opened in 1967. It has one of the lowest building condition assessments and is ranked in the top 10 by the Facilities Planning Committee.

Construction of the new Wildwood Elementary is scheduled to break ground in Summer 2019, with an anticipated opening of Fall 2020.
