We would like to recognize Chris Leslie, band and orchestra director at Sequoyah Middle School.
He was nominated by a few scholars. One scholar shares Mr. Leslie sets high expectations with great rewards. Another scholar says Mr. Leslie believes in him, and band is the best thing he’s ever done. Another shares Mr. Leslie helps her feel safe and confident on Zoom. Another scholar shares she is not scared to fail and never gives up. Another says Mr. Leslie makes him feel happy and looks forward to coming to school. We would like to recognize Natalie Sword, counselor at Brigadoon Elementary
