Summer Hours

Educational Service Center (ESC) Building

The FWPS Educational Service Center (ESC) will remain open to the public during the summer Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

The ESC will be closed on June 20 in observance of Juneteenth and July 4-5 in observance of Independence Day.

School Office Hours

  • Elementary schools
    • Elementary offices are fully staffed and open until June 30th, 2022.
    • During the month of July, please call or visit the ESC with any school related questions.
    • Elementary offices will reopen on August 15 with limited support from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday.
    • Starting August 25, full support will be available to scholars and families at each elementary school from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday.
  • Middle schools
    • Middle school offices are fully staffed and open until June 30th 2022.
    • During the month of July, please call or visit the ESC with any school related questions.
    • Middle school offices will reopen on August 2 with limited support Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m.– 3 p.m.
    • Starting August 25, full support will be available to scholars and families at each school Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m.–3 p.m.
  • High schools
    • High school offices are fully staffed and open until June 30th, 2022.
    • Starting the week of July 6, offices will be open on Wednesdays, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
    • Starting August 2, full support will be available to scholars and families at each high school Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
