Existing Students

You'll need:

• Address verification documentation (utility bill, lease, etc.) if you've moved since the previous school year.
• Updated immunization records - Learn more about immunization requirements
• Updated emergency and medical contact information
• Special Education support (IEP), if applicable - Learn more about Special Education services

In addition, if your child has a life-threatening condition, please be sure to provide an updated Individualized Health Plan (IHP), medication order, and medication before the first day of school. Learn more

• Go to ParentVUE at www.grades.fwps.org

• 💡Tip: If needed, you can change the language in ParentVUE to complete annual verification.

• Select "I am a Parent"
• Log in with your username and password
  If you have not activated your ParentVUE account, contact your child's school or grades@fwps.org for the activation key.
  To reset your password, visit https://grades.fwps.org/: More Options\Forgot Password.  
  To reset your username, please call your school or email grades@fwps.org.   
• Click "Enrollment and Verification"

• Select "Review" to start the annual verification process

   

Review and Update as Needed

• Navigate to the annual questions and items that require review by clicking the exclamation mark(s) in each section, or review each page individually. Update, if needed, then click the "Save and Continue" button as you complete each section.

• Through this process, you must verify:
  • Parent/guardian information
  • Emergency contact information
  • Health information (Note that this section has been updated!)
  • Transportation method
  • Each scholar's information
  • Permissions and acknowledgements for each scholar
    ⚠️ For parents and guardians to receive school and district communication, they must be listed in ParentVUE and with "Contact Allowed" selected, "Custody" and/or "Educational Rights" selected, and a valid email and phone number.

❗Yellow and red boxes or asterisks (*) indicate sections that need to be reviewed or completed

• When prompted, download, read, and agree to the information included in the district's Rights and Responsibilities Handbook.

Review Updates and Submit

• After you have completed each section, you will be prompted to review your student's information. Click the "Review" button.

   

❗All health-related documents, including medical forms and immunization records, must be submitted by the first day of school.
