Welcome to Federal Way Public Schools! We are a wonderfully diverse school district, situated in south King County, and we're excited to have your child enroll in our schools.
Online enrollment for the current year is available from August-June each school year. Enrollment for the following school year opens the Monday of the first full week in May. The enrollment system is down for updates each July.

Families with a child who will be five-years-old on or by Aug. 31, 2026 are invited to enroll their child in kindergarten.

Verification for Existing Students
If your child was enrolled in FWPS during the previous school year and will be returning to FWPS for the next grade level, please verify your information prior to the first day of school.
