Student Organizations

  • Associated Student Body: Mr. Clark, Adviser

Leadership is one of the key factors in maintaining the tradition of excellence at Sacajawea. These future leaders have the responsibility of planning the ASB budget and organizing major school functions like the Warrior 1,000, carnival, dances, and assemblies.

Elections for the following year’s officers are held in the spring. New sixth graders have the opportunity to elect their class representatives each fall.

Associated Student Body (ASB) Fund Balance data is available here.

    Honor Society: Mr. Victor, Adviser

Sacajawea’s Honor Society students have achieved academically and enjoy helping their community. Honor Society is open to both 7th and 8th graders. Membership applications are available in March for the following school year.

WEB: Mr. Harpel and Ms. Ball, Advisers

WEB (Welcome Everybody Back or Where Everyone Belongs) is an orientation/mentoring program to help incoming sixth grade students get acquainted with Sacajawea Middle School. Selected Eighth grade students work together to make our new sixth graders feel at home here at Sac. They lead activities on Sixth Grade Orientation Day, as well as plan activities, like Movie Nights and dances, for 6th graders throughout the school year.

Recruiting for next year’s WEB leaders begins in the spring- if you are a seventh grader interested in helping next year’s sixth graders, listen carefully for announcements that explain the application process.

    Yearbook: Mrs. Stultz, Adviser

After school, a group of dedicated and motivated students come together to prepare the annual for Sacajawea’s students. The annual staff works diligently and effectively with each other, meeting nearly everyday after school, to preserve the memories of the school year.

Parents of student athletes and other extra-curricular activity participants are encouraged to contribute their digital photographs to the yearbook. Contact Mrs. Stultz for more information.
