Our mission at Lake Dolloff Elementary is to serve, engage and inspire EACH one of our scholars as they grow and develop academically, socially and emotionally through rigorous and relevant learning. We courageously advocate for equitable practices, provide individualized supports and expect exceptional outcomes from ALL our scholars.

- School-wide expectations are explicitly taught (Tier 1 PBIS) in order to support a safe and welcoming environment
- PBIS videos are created to support our school-wide expectations, highlighting scholars and staff

- Continued engagement and outside activities for our families and scholars to participate in
- Increase a sense of belonging, ownership, and safety amongst all scholars and their families.

- Utilizing benchmark data to identify prerequisite math skills that are taught during core instruction
- K-3 scholars have access to phonics instruction to support foundational reading skills during core instruction
- Professional learning communities (PLCs): Grade-level teams of teachers & specialists use data to monitor scholar learning and adapt instruction

- Increase opportunities for scholars to engage in rigorous core instruction in reading and math
- Designing & implementing classroom-based tier 2 interventions for reading and math

Lake Dolloff is filled with supportive families and community members. Our staff cares deeply about our scholars and families, making safety and the well-being of each one of our scholars the highest priority. Our wonderful volunteers help make our school exceptional.
