Our School Goals
Our school goals align with the district strategic plan:
School-wide PBIS system for the past five years to support positive behaviors and expectations.
Scholar Advisory members lead and reinforce our school-wide expectations. They work collaboratively to problem solve issues for our school and plan our special spirit days.
Area of Focus
Build upon our school-wide PBIS systems to provide additional systems (Tier 2) and differentiation to support positive behaviors.
Goal 4- Content-Area Competence: Mastery of All Subjects
Pride Points
Scholars in our intermediate grades have the opportunity to participate in our SPHERO robotic club and Lego Robotics club to engage in STEM learning activities.
The percentage of scholars on target for reading as measured by iReady is setting the pace for scholars across the district.
Area of Focus
Improve high quality math instruction through implementation of the rigorous Ready Math curriculum
Community Involvement
Parents and community members can be involved by participating in programs such as being a “Forest Greeter”, through “ getting actively involved with PBIS, or a wide variety of PTA events.
