School Mission Statement
Our mission is to nurture and accelerate students’ social, emotional, and academic growth. Through a variety of strategies we promote critical thinking, and engage students in ownership of their learning.
Our School Goals
Our school goals aligned with the district strategic plan:
Goal 2- Whole Child: Thriving, Confident, Responsible Individuals
Goal 1- The Early Years: Building the Foundation
With over 235 Washington State Patrol cleared volunteers, Brigadoon staff and families work collaboratively to support our scholars academic, social and emotional learning by working with students as they read, do math, go on field trips, and supporting whole school activities like Science Fair, Multicultural Night, Read Aloud Night, Curriculum Nights and grade level concerts. Community Partnerships with area businesses helps support the needs of our scholars. Parent Leadership is a pillar of various Brigadoon building committees.
