Our district requires Washington State Patrol background checks for anybody that would like to volunteer, go on a field trip, or be working with kids at any time in the building. You can find the required form using the link below or you can pick up a paper copy in the office. Your application must be submitted in-person as we are required to verify and photo-copy your state identification.
