Healthy Minds, Healthy Families
Health and well-being play a significant role in the overall performance and success of scholars throughout their educational journey. In the second installment of this year’s Family Academy lineup, Healthy Minds, Healthy Families: Empowering Families for Scholar Success, we’ll share information about how to support your child’s physical, mental, social, emotional, and digital health. Whether you'd like to explore topics of bullying, mindfulness practices, unrealistic pressures of social media, vaping, overcoming emotional challenges, and more, learn ways you can support your child so they can show up as their best selves inside and outside the classroom.
⭐Interpreters, childcare for children five years and older, and a hot dinner are provided. Plus, all families who pre-register to attend in person will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one free week of childcare for one child (must be elementary-aged).⭐
Through essential conversations and authentic partnership, we can increase scholar success.
