Health and Wellness
During the Family Academy: Health and Wellness event, we dove into the importance of health and wellness by discussing topics related to overall scholar health.
Health and well-being play a significant role in the overall performance and success of scholars throughout their educational journey. In the second installment of this year’s Family Academy lineup, Health and Wellness, we shared how to support your child’s physical, mental, social, emotional, and digital health. We explored topics of bullying, mindfulness practices, unrealistic pressures of social media, overcoming emotional challenges, and more, so you can learn ways to support your child to show up as their best selves inside and outside the classroom.
Through essential conversations and authentic partnership, we can increase scholar success.
