Notice: SEBB My Account being replaced by Benefits 24/7 

The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) has mailed out information in regards to replacing the online enrollment system SEBB My Account with Benefits 24/7 on June 12, 2023. However, the launch date has now been postponed to January 2024. HCA requires more time to ensure a successful launch by conducting additional testing and addressing any identified issues. We will provide more information and an updated launch date in the future. Please continue to use SEBB My Account.

Benefits 24/7 will look and navigate very similar to SEBB My Account.  Your current login for SEBB My Account through SecureAccess Washington (SAW) will transfer to Benefits 24/7.  You will not need to create a new login. To learn more about Benefits 24/7, see the HCA website at hca.wa.gov/benefits247-newportal for updates. Please contact benefits@fwps.org with any questions.
