Small Works Roster

Federal Way Public Schools (District) solicits interested, licensed contractors for inclusion on its Small Works Roster.  This invitation is in accordance with RCW 39.04.155.  This roster will identify those qualified contractors interested in submitting proposals on projects estimated to cost no more than $350,000.  Inclusion on the Federal Way Public School’s Small Works Roster is not a guarantee or promise that a contract will be awarded.

To be added to the District's Small Works Roster, qualified contractors must complete the SW Roster Application and return it to Maintenance.

In order to qualify, applicants must meet bidder responsibility requirements per RCW 39.04.350

The District is authorized by RCW 39.04.155 to use a Small Works roster process to award contracts for public works projects as defined in RCW 39.04.010. The small works roster is used to award contracts for projects with an estimated cost of $350,000 or less.
