Why Was Reese Nominated?

A scholar shared that Mr. Hentges is not just her teacher, but a mentor and a coach. His patience and kindness have made a profound impact on this student. The scholar recalls the time he modeled grace and humor in his reaction to a funny sound effect scholars added to a video announcement they helped him film. It is something the student still thinks about.

Because of you, this scholar has become more confident, social, and feels like a better athlete and person overall.
