The Federal Way School District (FWPS) will have one renewal measure on the ballot to be considered in the February 10, 2026, Special Election.  The measure relates to a Renewal Educational Programs and Operations Levy (EP&O Levy).

Election regulations require FWPS to appoint members to “pro” and “con” committees who are willing to write statements for the local voters’ pamphlet.

We are seeking applications from citizens interested in being appointed to committees to write pro/con statements for the local voters’ pamphlet.  Committee members must reside in the district.

If you would like the district to consider you for appointment to a committee, please email your name, residential address, phone number, email address and a brief statement of interest, including which position you represent to:

Levy@FWPS.ORG by 12 p.m. December 1, 2025.  The District will notify selected applicants on December 2, 2025.
