Read Aloud with Superintendent Dr. Pfeiffer
We're excited to share a special treat with our young scholars to celebrate National Reading Month!
Watch and listen to Superintendent Dr. Dani Pfeiffer read, Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!, a hysterical children's picture book about a pigeon who is determined to persuade the reader to give in and let it have its way. This book was nominated by Dannia R. from Lake Dolloff Elementary and can also be found on the Scholar Recommended Booklist. Scholars can watch fun animations and respond to the pigeon pleas, making this book an exciting and interactive story.

Our built-in ELA learning targets within our strategic plan support literacy and reading development at every stage of student learning as noted in Goal 1 and Goal 4 of our strategic plan.
