    2-List trusted Adults you can talk with.

    3-List some positive activities you can do if you are feeling down or sad.

                    Examples could be:   physical activities, quiet and calming activities, concentration activities.

    4-List some ways you can help others right now.

    5-List some things you are currently grateful for.

    6-List some good things that have happened to you even in the midst of the current problems.
