State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA)

  • Federal Way Public Schools is improving school facilities throughout the district, thanks to voter approval of the phase two bond in November 2017.

As part of the design process for each school, we complete an environmental review under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). The public is invited to participate in this process by reviewing project materials and providing comments on the proposal. The documents are available as .pdfs below and hard copies will be available at the district's Educational Service Center. Comments must be received prior to the deadline listed for each school.

After the comment period, all comments will be reviewed, then a formal environmental determination for the project will be issued and made available.

For more information and/or to submit comments, please contact the Support Services Center at 253-945-5930. Comments may also be submitted via email at the email address provided for each school below.
