During its meeting on  Monday, April 16, 2018, the Design Oversight Committee (DOC) focused its discussion on decision values for high schools as they relate to shared spaces and the districts' Capital Project Guiding Principles. The DOC was provided a list of options, based on comments heard during the Bond Project Info Sessions (Ed Specs) at Thomas Jefferson High School, each relating to a different aspect of a high school building. The committee then evaluated these options and noted which items were most in support of the strategic plan and guiding principles. The topics discussed in this meeting included Shared Learning, Restrooms, Community Use, as well as aesthetics and building materials.
