As an instructional leader, I have accepted the charge of improving student learning outcomes for ALL students in the Meredith Hill community.  I am a servant leader committed to serving the Meredith Hill students, staff, and families to ensure our success through the creation of systems that support our improvement efficiently and with great efficacy.

I have written a transition plan that provides a framework for establishing a laser-like focus from the beginning.  Through goal setting, identification of areas for attention, and development of transition activities, my work as a catalyst for improvement has begun.
 
These steps have been created with the purpose of setting my work at Meredith Hill on a road to success with alignment to the FWPS Strategic Plan.  Each action step is aligned to one of the Four Pillars that serve as the foundation for our work to serve our student scholars.
