Principals, teachers, administrators and members of the Teaching for Learning department will assess instructional strengths and areas of growth, and to help drive the instructional goals within the strategic plan.

The Instructional Focus Team will be responsible for analyzing the current state of student learning, reflecting on the effectiveness of educational programs and professional practices, and developing recommendations.
