District Headlines & Features
November 21, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Welcome to Enterprise Elementary School, one of twenty-three elementary schools in the Federal Way School District that serves students in pre-school through grade 5.
Our goal and challenge is to ensure that Enterprise will be a warm, safe, nurturing, learning community where staff, students, parents and the community come together and share in the responsibility of educating our students.
Our staff is committed to designing learning experiences that will engage students. We believe that students learn more when they are engaged in schoolwork that is meaningful, challenging, and satisfying.
The Principal’s Vision:
Guided by a passion for education we will encourage each other, the students, parents, and the community to strive for excellence in our endeavors to teach and to learn. In an atmosphere of enthusiasm and risk taking we will put into practice new strategies, and different ways of thinking and learning. We will assess our students, reflect on our teaching, and adjust our instruction to meet their needs. To achieve success we will raise each other up to higher levels of motivation and triumph as we set high standards and goals. We will celebrate our successes and learn from our mistakes. Our work is difficult, but we are committed to the challenges that are before us. We believe that teaching is an art that must be guided by research and results, and that learning is a process of creating a world that is a better place to live.
