‘Life After High School’ Happening Oct. 21

Annual Career & College Fair Will Be at Todd Beamer HS

Federal Way School District will host its annual Life After High School Career and College Fair on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Todd Beamer High School, 35999 16th Ave S. Student from the district’s secondary schools and their parents are invited to attend.

Students and parents can attend seminars or discuss 13th-year plans with representatives from over 60 four-year colleges and universities, community colleges, technical schools, military academies, apprenticeship programs, a variety of specialty schools, and more.

Seminars will cover topics including scholarships, financial aid, college admissions, SAT/ACT, and personal essay. This is a great and informational event for all parents and students. For more information, call Fonda Mongrain at (253) 945-2581.
