High School Students Can Earn A College Degree -- Tuition-Free

Start your future now!  Highline Community College, in partnership with Federal Way Public Schools, offers 11th and 12th grade students an unusual and very special educational opportunity through Puget Sound Early College. Conveniently located in Federal Way, this college degree tuition-free program is a great opportunity for motivated high school juniors and seniors to earn 90+ college credits and an Associate of Arts degree.

In this program, students use their knowledge to work on real-world projects. Funded through the Running Start program, PSEC offers the best of both college-level courses and instructors, in a supportive small-school environment.
