Administrator Performance Evaluation - 6410
It is the policy of the Board of Directors that a performance evaluation program be established for all classified and certificated administrators. The superintendent or his/her designee will establish a program that will at the minimum contain the following:
Encourage selfimprovement and professional growth;
Focuses on measurable results in categories related to job performance;
Provide opportunity for self-evaluation;
Establish goals aligned with district and/or work site (school learning plans, etc.); and
The end of the year evaluation is clear as to the administrator's level of performance.
