Conflicts of Interest - 1712

To avoid conflict between the district’s interests and Board’s personal interest:

1. The Board will neither employ the Superintendent’s or Board member’s spouse nor any relative in their households except as permitted by law;

2. No relative of a Board member will be shown preference for employment in any position; and

3. No Board member or employee of a Board member will have any pecuniary interest, directly or indirectly, in any contract, purchase of material or activity paid for from school funds except as permitted by law.
