Waiver Policy - 1330

The Board recognizes the need for schools to have flexibility in meeting the needs of the students they serve. Therefore, the Board supports school restructuring efforts consistent with achievement of School Learning Plan goals and designed to significantly and continuously improve student learning. The Board believes waivers from contracts, administrative procedures, board policies, and/or state laws may be necessary improvement efforts. Waiver requests will be considered according to established procedures.
