Proposed Norms for Participation
- Everyone will have a chance to be heard.
- We are open to new ideas; there are no bad ideas in brainstorming.
- We acknowledge our own personal history; we will attempt to leave any baggage" outside the room.
- When consensus is reached, we will all support it; we will have no post-meeting "sandbagging."
- We will have no personal agendas – we will remember why we are here. It’s about the kids!
