- Resume and General Cover Letter
- Three Certificated Confidential Reference Forms
- Two Letter(s) of Recommendation from current or former supervisors
- Copies of official transcripts (official will be required upon hiring)
- Copy of Washington State certificate or temporary initial permit(s)
- If you have taken the Washington State West E (Praxis II) test, please submit a copy of your test results
