There are many ways to partner at STEM Exploration Night. No matter how you decide to get involved, your participation will make an impact on our scholars.

Host an Information Booth

Share information about your company, emerging technology, or anything else STEM-related!

Host an Activity Table

Engage students with a STEM activity which could be anything from cause-and-effect experiments and engineering challenges to paper airplane contests and bubble tables.

Offer an Experience Room or Workshop

Draw scholars in with curated experiences such as Minecraft rooms, AR/VR experiences, or even a STEM escape room!

Speak on a Panel Discussion

Serve as a STEM expert at one of our STEM panel discussions to share your unique experience, knowledge, and perspective.

Be an Event Sponsor

Provide a financial or in-kind sponsorship to help cover the event costs and/or promotional give-away items, improving the overall offerings and experience for our scholars. Visit our sponsorship page to learn more.

We're here to help make being a Partner a breeze. Here is a quick overview of what to expect:

December 2023 - February 21, 2024

During this time, our FWPS STEM Exploration Night team is actively recruiting organizations and working with you to finalize your participation and event needs. This includes taking inventory of how many tables, table cloths, outlets, and other equipment you may need to offer the best experience to our scholars. We'll also capture information about everyone on your team attending the event - that way we can make sure as your representatives arrive on event day, we can provide direction to your location.

Tip: Also, think about how you can present information to scholars in an engaging way. This may include bringing samples, demonstrations, videos, or hands-on activities. You may also want to place an order for additional brochures you'd like to share for hand-outs. 

February 22 - March 1, 2024

Expect an email from your event lead(s) confirming your participation details and sharing arrival instructions which will include information about our new optional curbside check-in, valet supply service, and more.

March 11-12, 2024

You will receive a reminder email from your event lead(s) in which we'll re-share arrival instructions, and also share your event contact's mobile number in case a need for urgent communication arises and the digital event program. 

March 14, 2024 (Event Day)

When you arrive on-site, signage will help direct you to Partner parking. Once you park, signage and event attendants will direct you to indoor check-in. If you have supplies with you that require a cart, we recommend you utilize our optional curbside check-in with supply valet service. Stop there first - an attendant will check you in at your car and help unload your supplies, which will be delivered to your booth, workshop room, or demonstration area.

Your event lead(s) will be present and available to help you set up, if needed, once you arrive to your assigned area. There will be a limited amount of supplies (tape, scissors, etc.) available. If you require tech support, please connect with your event lead.

Tip: Arrive on time to give yourself and team enough time to park, check-in, and set-up before scholars and families arrive.
